Arab Financial Brokers a Closed Kuwaiti Shareholding Company, has been established under the Kuwaiti trading regulatory authority law number (68) and under act number (15) for the year 1960 and under act number (31) for the year 1990 that regulates the trading in securities and the establishment of Investment funds and the management of funds and under the ministerial decree number (113) for the year 1992 under the executive list and sub-lists that follows.

 

Arab Financial Brokers (KSCC) was the first company to register under the new modified law that regulates and secure investors and trading in foreign exchange, Precious Metals, Futures (OTC), Commodities (OTC), and the establishment of Investment funds and funds management.
